It's a Soup-y Situation

Welcome back Raincouver, you weren't missed. But, my favorite noodle soup place was! Bun Cha Ca Hoang Yen is my go-to restaurant on a rainy afternoon. The line up is always out the door, but well worth the wait!

Large portions, fair prices and very flavorful tastes...what more can you ask for? My favorite is the Special Crab Soup with Vermicelli, order no. 23. The broth is filled with the rich flavors of tomato and crab. The noodles are just the right texture and the pork was cooked just right.

Another one of my favorite dishes here is the Special Fish Cake & Vermicelli Soup. A nice, light, clear broth, this dish is full of herbs and LOTS of dill! If you love fish cake and dill like me, this is a must try!
